No, our in-home estimates are completely free across all five boroughs. We measure your space, check subfloor conditions, and bring samples to your door.
How quickly can you start an installation?
Because we stock closeout lots locally, we can often begin installation within 1-2 weeks of your deposit, depending on co-op/condo board approval timelines.
Do I need to visit the showroom?
While our showroom has our full inventory on display, you do not need to visit. During a free estimate, our consultants will bring a curated selection of samples based on your preferences.
What if my building requires specific soundproofing?
We are experts in NYC building codes. We stock board-approved acoustic underlayments and provide all necessary insurance documentation to management companies.
